Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Assistant to monitor the portfolio, manage payments and advances, coordinate with internal departments, and prepare collection reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the wholesale portfolio and financial arms. 2. Coordinates the validation and application of payments in SAP. 3. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports. We are looking for top talent to fill the Collections Assistant position, with the following responsibilities: Conduct daily monitoring of the wholesale portfolio (chains, dealers, spare parts) and financial arms, ensuring compliance with payment dates and terms. Maintain an up-to-date portfolio, identifying active, upcoming, and overdue accounts. Identify critical or delinquency-risk accounts and report them promptly for management. Follow up on payment commitments and coordinate collection actions with ADCs. Request and ensure proper validation and application of payments in SAP (chains, wholesalers, spare parts, and financial entities), in coordination with Back Office. Manage customer advances and verify invoice exchanges, ensuring correct offsetting. Coordinate with Treasury and Back Office to identify deposits and resolve discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end collection reports, detailing progress, overdue balances, and recoveries. Prepare account statements and debt reports for client management and internal tracking.
