Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor the general income and expense budget. Analyze profit and loss statements by business unit. Evaluate historical budgets and the company's current needs. Monitor achievement of approved objectives and budgets. Analyze market, category, and product segment indicators. Assess store break-even points and profitability. Propose and implement cost control and optimization measures. Prepare reports and presentations for management. Coordinate improvements to budget reporting with the IT department. Provide support to affiliated companies.
