At ENKASA, a growing company in the digital retail sector (Ecohome brand), we are looking for an E-commerce Commercial Analyst to lead and strengthen the online channel. What will be your mission? Manage and optimize e-commerce channel operations, ensuring achievement of sales objectives through metric analysis, online operation oversight, and coordination of digital strategies. Main Responsibilities: Oversee marketplace sales (especially Mercado Libre). Analyze e-commerce channel KPIs and metrics. Coordinate and supervise digital marketing agencies. Track customer experience and purchasing process. Propose strategies to increase online sales. Monitor performance of digital campaigns. Indirectly supervise the sales team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce. Experience managing marketplaces (Mercado Libre preferred). Knowledge of digital metrics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Proficiency in digital tools (ERP, CRM, or similar). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (preferred).
