Job Summary: We are seeking a Pulp Sterilizer Operator to ensure product quality and shelf life through thermal treatment of fruit and vegetable pulp. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and control of the sterilizer for thermal treatment of pulp 2. Monitoring of process variables and data recording 3. Compliance with food safety standards (GMP) We are looking for a Machine Operator / Pulp Sterilizer Operator to join our team. We seek a responsive, focused individual with strong teamwork skills. Job Objective To operate and control the sterilizer/pasteurizer for thermal treatment of fruit and/or vegetable pulp, ensuring adherence to specified time, temperature, and pressure parameters to guarantee product quality and shelf life. Main Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Start up, shut down, and operate the sterilizer following established procedures during processing and equipment cleaning. Parameter Control: Continuously monitor process variables: time, pressure, temperature, and flow rate. Data Recording: Complete production control forms to ensure process traceability. Hygiene Standards: Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices). Minimum job requirements include solid understanding of sterilization and quality control processes, as well as prior experience in a similar industrial environment. Technical Competencies Sterilization control and related procedures. Safety in handling steam. Maintenance of stainless steel equipment and hygiene using CIP systems. Candidate Profile (Requirements) Education: Electrical technician, electrotechnology technician, or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience operating pasteurizers or industrial machinery in food processing plants. (2 years) Knowledge: Operation of thermal treatment equipment, touch-control equipment, automated equipment with electronic controls.
