Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage inventory schedules, budgets, reports, and transportation processes, ensuring operational objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and budget schedules. 2. Supervises transportation processes and routes. 3. Updates procedures to achieve objectives. We offer a broad portfolio of meat-based food products, including chicken, turkey, pork, and processed items. Additionally, we operate industrial plants and breeding facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We are currently seeking (01) Operations Supervisor for our Distribution Center located in Callao. Responsibilities: - Establish physical inventory schedules with various company departments, complying with health regulations. - Prepare and control the budget for travel allowances for personnel involved in physical inventories. - Prepare final physical inventory reports. - Establish warehouse closing schedules and related accounting processes. - Review inventory movement records. - Conduct ongoing reviews of transportation processes and routes. - Update necessary procedures to achieve objectives. - Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - 1 year of experience in similar positions. - Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory); intermediate Power BI proficiency (desirable). - Experience in cold chain or mass consumption sectors (desirable). - SAP knowledge (desirable).
