Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to ensure compliance with the HACCP, GMP, and POES plans by monitoring and recording production stages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of production processes under HACCP manuals. 2. Verification and control of finished product specifications. 3. Participation in internal quality audits. We are currently searching for top talent to take on the following professional challenge: QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT (LIMA) Mission: Ensure compliance with the HACCP, GMP, and POES plans by monitoring and recording production stages. Responsibilities: Monitor production processes according to HACCP manuals; record and enforce established parameters from raw material receipt through to finished product to ensure specification compliance. Ensure compliance with GMP in the assigned area, specifically including handwashing, personal hygiene, use of base trays, chemical labeling, packaging handling, and tool/utensil handling. Verify and control compliance with finished product specifications regarding weight ranges, number of units per package, number of bags per tray, packaging characteristics, and label information. Perform and record sampling of in-process and finished products to verify specifications. Responsible for executing and/or verifying the completion of records for: Raw Material Receipt, Meat Disinfection and Finished Product (raw), Processing, and Finished Product Control. Daily and random verification of batch coding in accordance with specifications. Report non-conformities before and during the process. Participate in and support internal audits. Ensure compliance with the Equipment Calibration and Verification Procedure (metal detectors, vacuum sealers, thermocouples, thermometers). Candidate Profile: Technical degree in Industrial Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Food Industries, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of industrial processing, production management, HACCP, GMP, and POES. Excel (intermediate level). 6 months of experience in industrial companies and production process control.
