Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage sales volume growth, coordinate store visits, and meet sales targets in the food sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. We offer a broad portfolio of meat-based food products, including chicken, turkey, pork, and processed items. Additionally, we operate industrial plants and breeding facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We are currently seeking (1) Sales Supervisor for our operations in Lima: Responsibilities: Manage increased sales volumes for assigned customers. Perform daily store visit duties. Prepare supermarket orders. Maintain consistent and effective communication with assigned stores. Monitor daily delivery routes and resolve potential issues or problems promptly. Meet assigned sales quotas by product line. Ensure appropriate product mix per assigned customer group through efficient point-of-sale display and communication. Develop and execute the daily route plan. Report daily on activities directly impacting sales management performance, such as competitor actions and product performance in stores. Lead and manage the achievement of objectives through subordinates. Conduct negotiations with store department heads to secure strategic product display locations. Evaluate the performance of assigned supermarket merchandisers, supervising and tracking their sales quota attainment. Implement necessary control methods and programs to ensure efficient performance of subordinates. Review and confirm sales reports, promptly alerting any discrepancies. Maintain positive commercial relationships with store staff. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Two (2) years of experience in similar roles within the Food sector or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency preferred. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency preferred. Willingness to work onsite at Don Goyo Slaughterhouse (Cerro Colorado).
