Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage increased sales volumes, process orders, maintain communication with stores, and ensure proper product mix at the point of sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage increased sales volumes for assigned customers. 2. Ensure appropriate product mix and efficient in-store display. 3. Lead and manage the achievement of targets by subordinate staff. We are currently seeking (1) Sales Supervisor for our operations in Lima: Responsibilities: Manage increased sales volumes for assigned customers. Carry out daily store visits. Prepare supermarket orders. Maintain consistent and efficient communication with assigned stores. Monitor daily delivery routes and promptly resolve any issues or problems that may arise. Achieve assigned sales quotas by product line. Ensure appropriate product mix per assigned customer group through efficient in-store display and communication. Develop and execute the daily route plan. Report daily actions directly impacting sales management performance, such as competitor activities and product performance in stores. Lead and manage target achievement through subordinate staff. Conduct negotiations with store department heads to secure strategic product display locations. Evaluate the performance of assigned supermarket merchandisers, supervising and monitoring their achievement of sales quotas. Implement necessary control methods and programs to ensure efficient performance by subordinate staff. Review and confirm sales reports, promptly alerting any errors. Maintain positive commercial relationships with store personnel. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Two (2) years of experience in similar roles within the Food sector or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency is desirable. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency is desirable. Willingness to work onsite at the Don Goyo Slaughterhouse (Cerro Colorado).
