Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service representative for our Freight Forwarding Agency in Callao, responsible for shipment tracking, customer service, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking and control of import/export shipments. 2. Personalized customer service and coordination with the commercial department. 3. Support in account maintenance and logistics operations management. We are currently recruiting personnel for our Callao office for the position of **CUSTOMER SERVICE** at our **FREIGHT FORWARDING AGENCY**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in International Business Administration. * Knowledge of freight forwarding. * Intermediate spoken and written English proficiency. * Preferred experience of 5 years in similar positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Tracking and control of customers' air/marine import/export shipments. * Personalized customer service. * Coordination with the assigned commercial executive and reporting for assigned account management and continuous process improvement. * Supporting the commercial department in maintaining assigned accounts and reporting any operational discrepancies. * Entering information into the system. * Coordination with Operations – FWD and other departments (as required) to ensure proper shipment handling. Managing air and marine transmissions, coordinating with local carriers, processing visa approvals, managing warehouse pickups from air and sea warehouses, and handling settlements. * Verifying rates and profits for each assigned shipment to ensure accurate file closure. * Taking responsibility and committing to company policies. * Other duties assigned as needed. **BENEFITS:** * Ongoing training * Pleasant work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
