Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physiotherapist to manage occupational health, conduct musculoskeletal assessments, and implement muscular strengthening programs. Key Highlights: 1. At Clínica Ocupacional S\&M, we are currently seeking an **Occupational Physiotherapist** to join our occupational health team at our plant facility. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide support for the institution’s comprehensive occupational health management. * Conduct **musculoskeletal assessments** for new hires, periodic evaluations, and follow-ups for staff. * Deliver training on ergonomics and proper postural practices. * Develop muscular strengthening programs for employees. * Monitor and follow up with staff diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Administer physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the Occupational Physician. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology with specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing physical or occupational therapy services at a plant facility. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and service orientation. * Residence in areas near Callao. **WORK LOCATION** Callao (Faucett and Gambetta). **WORK HOURS** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **COMPENSATION** S/ 2300\.00 to S/2500\.00 (based on experience and qualifications) **EMPLOYMENT MODALITY** 3-month renewable contract **WE OFFER** * Enrollment in Microenterprise Payroll System * Positive work environment * Opportunities for professional growth Interested candidates may send their CV via WhatsApp: **934 188 904** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,300\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you reside? * Do you have experience conducting occupational musculoskeletal assessments and therapy services?
