Job stability **We are looking for multifunctional talent for our cafeteria! ☕✨** At **Cafetería Blanco**, we want to welcome a **multifunctional woman** to our team — someone who can handle both kitchen tasks and customer service, with enthusiasm to work, learn, and contribute in a warm and collaborative environment. **Position Type:** * Rotating shifts: **4 shifts in the kitchen and 2 shifts in customer service** **Kitchen Area:** * Preparing fruit compotes * Preparing tostones (fried plantains) * Labeling and organizing supplies * Assisting with daily kitchen production **Customer Service Area:** * Counter-based customer service * Customer handling (taking orders, resolving inquiries) * Cashier support (as needed) * Ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience **General Responsibilities:** * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Adhering to quality and hygiene standards **We are looking for someone who:** * Is responsible and punctual * Has a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team * Is proactive and adaptable to varied responsibilities * Has basic experience in either kitchen work or customer service (not mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Base salary * Meal allowance * Performance bonus * Tips * A pleasant, respectful, and team-oriented work environment * Opportunity for learning and growth * Job stability If you’re interested in joining our team, we’d love to meet you!
