Opportunity for learning and growth **We are looking for multifunctional talent for our cafeteria! ☕✨** At **Cafetería Blanco**, we want to welcome a **woman for a multifunctional position**, combining kitchen duties and customer service, with enthusiasm to work, learn, and contribute within a warm and collaborative environment. **Position Format:** * Rotating shifts: **4 shifts in the kitchen and 2 shifts in customer service** **Kitchen Area:** * Preparation of compotes * Preparation of tostones * Labeling and organization of supplies * Support in daily kitchen production **Customer Service Area:** * Front-counter customer service * Customer handling (taking orders, resolving inquiries) * Cashier support (if required) * Ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience **General Responsibilities:** * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Adhering to quality and hygiene standards **We are looking for someone who:** * Is responsible and punctual * Has a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team * Is proactive and adaptable to varied responsibilities * Has basic experience in kitchen or customer service (not mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Base salary * Meal allowance * Performance bonus * Tips * A pleasant, respectful, and team-oriented work environment * Opportunity for learning and growth * Job stability If you’re interested in joining our team, we’d love to meet you!
