Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Collections Agent to manage collection strategies and negotiate payment plans with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and implement collection strategies for delinquent accounts. 2. Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve issues. 3. Document customer interactions in the CRM system. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Collections Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills, as well as experience in call centers and CRM systems. Responsibilities - Manage and implement collection strategies for delinquent accounts. - Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve debt-related issues. - Conduct preventive collections (3 days before due date) and early collections (up to day 15). - Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements Proven experience in telephone collections Knowledge of CRM systems. Call center experience.
