At EXPERTIS, we are looking for an intern who is eager to learn, analyze information, and make a real impact on decision-making. You will have the opportunity to work with KPIs, automated reporting, and collection strategies in a dynamic environment. REQUIREMENTS: Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Data Science, Economics, or related fields Excel (intermediate level) Basic SQL Basic Python (desirable) Interest in banking / financial sector RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the automation of information reporting processes using programming languages. Prepare manual phone and email databases based on strategic criteria for channel management. Support daily monitoring and analysis of management KPIs (attempts, transfer rates, effective contact, and payment promises). Identify, diagnose, and mitigate anomalies in the information flow that may affect relevant management KPIs during strategy implementation. Deliver presentations. What Are We Looking For?
