Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset TELEPHONE COLLECTIONS OPERATOR – CHARGED-OFF / DELINQUENT PORTFOLIO We are a call center specialized in telephone-based collections and are currently seeking experienced Telephone Collections Operators who are results-driven and committed to meeting targets. What We Are Looking For: - Completed secondary education. - Minimum 6 months of experience in telephone collections. - Prior experience with Esika, Unique, or similar portfolios is mandatory. - Basic Excel proficiency. - Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and results-oriented mindset. - Ability to handle pressure and commitment to achieving goals. Main Responsibilities: - Manage assigned portfolio via telephone calls. - Negotiate and secure effective payment commitments. - Follow up until payment is fulfilled. - Record and report daily collection activities. - Achieve individual and team objectives.
