Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with interest in financial management, automation, and process improvement, playing a key role in the evolution of the company's financial processes. Career development in financial management and process improvement. * Manage and control treasury operations, ensuring accurate execution of payments, recording of financial transactions, and bank reconciliations. * Administer and consolidate the financial and documentary information required for accounting, tax, and internal control management. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date reports and indicators on revenues, expenditures, financial obligations, and cash flow for decision-making. * Coordinate with various organizational departments and external suppliers to ensure proper execution of financial, administrative, and operational support processes. * Identify improvement opportunities and actively participate in automation, digitalization, and process optimization using technological tools and enterprise management systems. Requirements: * Graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering. * 6 months to 2 years of experience. * Strong Excel skills. * Knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliations. * Basic knowledge of Power BI. * Basic knowledge of SQL (or willingness to learn). * Interest in automation and process improvement. * Work location: South Lima (Chorrillos), with rotation across various sites in Villa María, Lurin, and Surco. * Payroll under the MYPE regime.
