ODONTOGAMA IMPORTACIONES, a leading company in the importation and commercialization of dental products, is looking for a Commercial Representative to join our team. We seek a proactive individual with commercial and administrative skills, and an interest in developing sales strategies. Requirements Graduates in Technical or University-level Administration, or in Administration and Marketing. Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). Previous experience in sales and customer service. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the commercial field. Ability to independently manage client portfolios and achieve sales targets. Knowledge and experience in social media and community management. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Willingness to travel occasionally. Responsibilities Manage sales and client development for assigned accounts. Identify, organize, and coordinate events, courses, and/or workshops. Promptly address customer complaints and provide immediate solutions. Manage and administer social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, TikTok). Make telephone calls and conduct visits to potential clients to identify sales opportunities. Present products and services to clients, highlighting key benefits and features. Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals. Coordinate the delivery process for sold products and services. Maintain an updated sales record and report results to the management team. Ability to efficiently execute tasks using manuals.
