




Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and commercial Community Manager to strengthen our digital presence, optimize online sales, and execute marketing strategies. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a strategically and commercially oriented Community Manager with experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. This position is critical to strengthening our digital presence, optimizing online sales channels, and executing marketing strategies focused on brand positioning and achieving business objectives. JOB FUNCTIONS: - Plan, execute, and optimize social media content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, among others). - Manage and administer marketplace platforms (Mercado Libre, Falabella, among others). - Manage and optimize the brand’s presence on social media and digital channels. - Manage and optimize the Shopify online store (product uploads, descriptions, basic UX, promotions). - Coordinate with Commercial and Design teams to execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. - Identify market opportunities and propose growth strategies. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields. - Knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools (Meta, Google Ads Business Suite, etc.). - Experience with marketplaces and Shopify store administration. - Knowledge of digital marketing: advertising campaigns, basic SEO, email marketing, and digital analytics. - Creative, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. - Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in similar roles. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in the retail sector. - Familiarity with digital trends and viral content. - Ability to develop digital commercial strategies.
