Analyze, monitor, and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, goods receipt, storage, and dispatch — guaranteeing data accuracy, on-time performance, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. Responsible for generating operational area reports, KPI monitoring, and statistical recordkeeping to support and facilitate decision-making, thereby contributing to the execution of Distribution Center processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in a similar role involving warehouse or logistics coordination. * Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems. * Organizational and planning skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Familiarity with warehouse management software and information systems. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work **rotating shifts.** **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze and monitor warehouse operational processes (receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch). * Control and verify inventory accuracy through periodic reporting and reconciliation. * Prepare performance indicator (KPI) reports such as inventory turnover, service level, productivity, and accuracy. * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and propose corrective actions. * Support warehouse capacity planning and space allocation. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. * Coordinate with other departments (procurement, transportation, production, or sales) to guarantee product availability and proper flow. * Analyze operational data and generate reports to support decision-making.
