Technical knowledge: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts). Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance. Analytical ability and teamwork skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM / SATURDAY, 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM · RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoice issuance: Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and service orders. Collections management: Monitor due dates, send account statements, and reconcile received payments against issued invoices. Customer support: Resolve billing-related inquiries and coordinate with the commercial or finance departments.
