We seek a responsible, dynamic, and customer-service-oriented individual with experience in coffee and beverage preparation. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of hot and cold coffee-based beverages. * Operation of espresso machine and grinder. * Grinder calibration and control of proper espresso extraction. * Milk preparation and texturization. * Adherence to café-established recipes and standards. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and adequately stocked bar area. * Equipment, utensil, and supply management and care. * Providing courteous and efficient customer service. * Supporting various bar functions as required by operational needs. Requirements: * **Prior experience as a Barista (mandatory).** * Knowledge and operation of espresso machine and grinder. * Knowledge of coffee-based beverage preparation. * Availability to work in **San Miguel**. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsibility, punctuality, organization, and ability to work in a team.
