Additionally, we maintain an international presence across 20 countries on all five continents. **MISSION:** To support the execution, implementation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications networks for regional projects and private clients through continuous support to the workforce. This includes coordinating with contracted companies and cross-functional departments involved, ensuring deliverables meet defined quality parameters and contractual timelines, thereby achieving customer satisfaction and successful project closure. Requirements: * AutoCAD * Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint * Microsoft Project / Power BI (Basic) * Artificial Intelligence * Power Apps **#LI-ONSITE** **#PER** Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of telecommunications network maintenance or implementation (networking equipment, power systems, microwave, fiber optics; and infrastructure, HVAC, and protection systems). What you will do: * Support the management, supervision, and field control of assigned contracting companies, ensuring compliance with established guidelines regarding scope, quality, schedule, and cost—thus guaranteeing appropriate contractor management and fulfillment of contractual agreements. * Review documentary deliverables per engineering-defined processes and formats, ensuring proper handling and tracking of corrective actions performed by the maintenance contractor. * Support the scheduling and planning of fieldwork, contributing to efficient activity execution and optimal utilization of available resources. * Support quality control and assurance of work performed by contracting companies and their deliverables, ensuring adherence to procedures, installation standards, and documented requirements. * Support project closeout and settlement processes for completed work, contributing to timely project closure within planned schedules. * Support compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, aiming to minimize risks, prevent workplace accidents and incidents, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations. * Support field operational activities, including team integration, technical support, and resolution of PRONATEL observations, ensuring uninterrupted service operations and achievement of productivity indicators.
