Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Technician to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and infrastructure of our ice cream shops, guaranteeing safe and operational spaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in stores. 2. Handle incidents related to lighting, electricity, and minor equipment. 3. Conduct periodic inspections and coordinate maintenance requirements. We are Grupo Mast, a Peruvian ice cream holding company dedicated to bringing artisanal flavor across the country. We represent the Frẽh and Galo brands—two offerings united by the same passion: creating authentic and innovative experiences. We are now looking for our next General Services Technician, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and infrastructure of our stores, guaranteeing safe, operational, and optimal environments for our teams and customers. Your Main Challenges: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in our stores. • Carry out minor infrastructure repairs, painting, and finishing work. • Handle incidents related to lighting, basic electricity, and minor equipment. • Execute scheduled maintenance and infrastructure work. • Conduct periodic inspections to identify opportunities for facility improvement. • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests from various locations. • Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in facilities. • Provide operational support for store openings, remodels, or adaptations. Your Profile: • Completed or ongoing technical studies in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Civil Construction, or related fields. • Minimum 6 months of experience performing maintenance, general services, or facility management functions. • Basic knowledge of electricity, painting, plumbing, and infrastructure maintenance. • Willingness to travel between our various stores. • Availability to work rotating shifts (80% night shift and 20% day shift). • Availability to work Monday through Sunday with a rotating day off.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical Less than 1 year of experience
