Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to manage procurement, warehouse control, and shipping logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement coordination, warehouse control, and shipping logistics 2. Supplier negotiation and inventory management 3. Inter-store logistics and Food Cost management At Grupo Fudimoto, we are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator who is proactive and detail-oriented to join our team and handle all matters related to procurement, warehouse control, and shipping logistics. Requirements: Preference given to candidates with prior experience in the A&B sector, hospitality, or retail. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Completed university studies. Responsibilities: Consolidated procurement Supplier negotiation Inventory management Warehouse control (Tp, roastery, and all stores) Inter-store logistics (distribution) Food Cost management Work Modality: · Availability to work on-site in San Isidro. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am – 1:30 pm Benefits: · MYPE payroll registration · Fixed salary + performance targets · 15 days of vacation · Corporate benefits (30% discount across all our brands) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,234.81 per month Application Questions: * What is your Excel proficiency level? * Do you have experience in the A&B, hospitality, or retail sector performing the duties described above? * Have you completed university studies?
