Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to inspect, prepare, monitor, and dispatch transportation units, ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting loading operations and handling related documentation. We are currently seeking a **Transportation Dispatcher** for our operation in Lurín. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, monitoring, and dispatching transportation units, ensuring compliance with the operational, documentary, and safety procedures established by the company and its clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspect the physical condition of units prior to dispatch. * Verify accessories, tools, equipment, and conditions required by the client. * Prepare units for transport and verify safety equipment. * Record and update unit information in designated systems. * Prepare and manage waybills and other dispatch-related documentation. * Monitor units and promptly report incidents or observations. * Coordinate the movement and positioning of units within the yard. * Support loading operations using cranes, low-bed trailers, and drivers. * Refuel units and verify fuel levels required for transport. * Install and verify GPS devices on units according to established guidelines. * Manage tools, accessories, and materials assigned to the operation. * Assist in controlling documentation, expense reports, and operational reports. * Comply with safety and operational procedures established by the company and its clients. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatch, logistics operations, vehicle yards, warehouses, or distribution. * Basic knowledge of vehicle unit inspection and automotive mechanics. * Knowledge of inventory management and documentary control. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic understanding of operational and road safety. * Availability to work in Lurín. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Organization and orderliness. * Attention to detail. * Observational ability. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. * Adaptability. **Position Characteristics** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Location: Lurín, Lima. * Position type: Full-time. **Benefits** * Company operating under the SME labor regime. * Weekly rest and holidays. * 15 calendar days of vacation leave. * Social health insurance coverage (ESSALUD). * Entitlement to two annual bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas). * Entitlement to Compensation for Time of Service (CTS).
