Constant communication with drivers for logistical support **GPS MONITORING OPERATOR** Work Mode: On-site (rotating shifts) Department: Operations **Job Objective** \- Supervise and control in real time the movement of heavy cargo transport fleets using satellite tracking platforms, ensuring safety, route compliance, and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities** \- Monitor in real time vehicle locations and adherence to authorized routes. \- Monitor driving parameters: speed, unauthorized stops, driving hours. \- Manage incidents and activate emergency protocols. \- Maintain constant communication with drivers for logistical support. \- Prepare daily reports on routes, timing, and performance. \- Update digital logs and fleet management systems. **Candidate Requirements** \- Technical graduate or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in GPS monitoring or control centers. \- Proficiency in tracking platforms (Tracklink, Hunter, Comsatel, Navisav, Wisetrack, etc.). \- Knowledge of national road networks and traffic safety regulations. \- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Working Conditions** Availability for rotating shifts (morning / night) Residence near Callao (preferred) If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, apply by sending your CV to **ingrid.gonzalez.consulting@gmail.com**, with subject line: GPS Monitoring Operator Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
