**GPS MONITORING OPERATOR**
**Job Objective**
\- Supervise and control in real time the movement of the heavy cargo transportation fleet using satellite tracking platforms, ensuring safety, route compliance, and on-time delivery.
**Main Responsibilities**
\- Monitor in real time vehicle locations and adherence to authorized routes.
\- Monitor driving parameters: speed, unauthorized stops, driving hours.
\- Manage incidents and activate emergency protocols.
\- Maintain continuous communication with drivers for logistical support.
\- Prepare daily reports on routes, timing, and performance.
\- Update digital logs and fleet management systems.
**Candidate Requirements**
\- Technical graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in GPS monitoring or control centers.
\- Proficiency in tracking platforms (Tracklink, Hunter, Comsatel, Navisav, Wisetrack, etc.).
\- Knowledge of national road networks and traffic safety regulations.
\- Intermediate/advanced Excel (Mandatory)
**Work Conditions**
Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts (morning/night \- 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday)
Residence near Callao (preferred)
