Our **Premium Automotive** team is looking for a **Product Genius MINI** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert advice grounded in deep knowledge of the MINI portfolio, technologies, innovations, and brand attributes; guiding customers throughout their product discovery journey and reinforcing MINI’s premium spirit, contributing to sales closure and customer loyalty. **What You Will Do** * Execute and lead test drives focused on the product experience (not just driving, but also technology and brand sensations). * Support the sales team in resolving complex technical inquiries and articulating value propositions to customers. * Assist with vehicle handover, explaining features, configurations, and usage to end customers. * Ensure correct use of digital and visual tools in the showroom (configurators, screens, interactive materials). * Be responsible for showroom immaculability (clean, properly parked vehicles; updated spec holders; license plate holders; lights on; screens operational) in accordance with the brand’s Retail Standards. * Receive fleet units (demos), verifying they are in perfect condition and accompanied by complete documentation. * Generate loan agreements and inventories for vehicle loans, as well as review them upon return. * Complete assigned trainings and certifications from the company and the brand. * Actively participate in brand events, launches, and commercial activations, serving as a product knowledge ambassador. * Continuously stay updated on new models and technologies from the brand and direct competitors. * Keep the logbook updated with demo vehicle mileage. * Monitor demo vehicle condition, tracking mileage and fuel levels. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in customer service, CX, and/or product-related roles. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Valid A1 driver’s license (Mandatory). * Customer-oriented mindset, service vocation, proactive attitude, and high sense of responsibility. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
