We are currently seeking two **Production Assistants** who wish to grow professionally within a dynamic environment offering learning opportunities. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Support hot forging production operations. * Operate and assist with friction presses and eccentric presses. * Perform tasks on thread-rolling machines, rolling mills, and steel bar wire-drawing equipment. * Comply with the company’s established safety and quality procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Provide support in other production activities assigned by the supervisor. **What are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in industrial or metal-mechanical companies is preferred but not required. * Eagerness to learn and develop within production processes. * Responsible, proactive, committed individual with strong teamwork capabilities. * Availability to work on-site. **What do we offer?** * Compensation between **S/ 1300 and S/ 1600**, based on experience and evaluation. * Formal employment under Peruvian labor law benefits (MYPE regime). * Ongoing training and learning opportunities. * Job stability. * Excellent working environment. * Internal growth opportunities. **Work Modality:** On-site. **Position Type:** Full-time. **Interested in joining our team?** Apply by sending your updated CV to cgargurevichcalmet@elicar.com.pe and become part of a Peruvian company with over four decades of experience—where your professional development is as important as the quality of our products.
