What We Are Looking For * Graduate or current student of Foreign Trade, International Business, or Administration (technical or university level) * Solid knowledge of import documentation and current customs regulations * Intermediate English proficiency preferred * Proficiency in Office 365: Excel, Outlook, Word * Minimum 2 years of experience in customs agencies within import-related areas * Organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and operational responsibility Your Responsibilities * Coordinate with clients on scheduling and required documentation for correct numbering and customs clearance of definitive, temporary, and other types of import DAPs (Customs Entry Forms) * Review, validate, and consolidate import documentation including invoices, BLs, AWBs, packing lists, insurance certificates, etc. * Track the status of DAPs with Customs (SUNAT), ensuring timely submission and clearance * Manage virtual cargo releases and coordinate with terminals, warehouses, and systems such as APM, DPW, etc., for timely release * Manage VUCE (Single Window for Foreign Trade) and sectoral permits (DIGESA, SENASA, MTC), including technical inquiries and authorizations * End-to-end operational tracking—from numbering through lifting, withdrawal, and final cargo delivery * Coordinate logistics with shipping lines, temporary warehouses, terminals, and internal departments * Control operational costs and billing, including validation of additional expenses and file closure * Maintain communication with liquidators, operations teams, and clients * Support corrections, special numbering requests, post-clearance incidents, and inquiries * Prepare reports for the department head Work Location Bellavista, Callao Minimum Education: Technical or University Degree Experience: 2 years. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree 2 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: Between 25 and 40 years Knowledge Areas: Communication, Team Management, Foreign Trade, Personnel Management, Imports, English, International Business Keywords: care, costumer, cliente
