We are looking for a **Textile Maintenance Technician** to join our team at **La Colonial Fábrica de Hilos S.A.**, a leading textile company with over 80 years of market experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the proper functioning and operational continuity of our spinning machinery and processes. **What do we require?** * Graduate of SENATI in Textile Mechanics (Spinning), Maintenance Mechanics, or Production Mechanics. * Experience in maintenance mechanics within spinning mills (Preparatory/Opening/Continuous/Coning/Twisting). * Basic knowledge of Pneumatics, Dimensional Metrology, and Industrial Automation. * Availability to work in Callao on rotating shifts. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the Spinning area (Preparatory/Opening/Continuous/Coning/Twisting). * Identify and resolve issues present in area machinery. * Carry out equipment adjustments and calibrations as required. * Execute machine assembly and disassembly, or other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Your benefits will include** * Compensation aligned with the sector's collective agreement. * On-site training and opportunities for professional development. * A pleasant, inclusive, and committed work environment promoting equal opportunity. * Being part of a leading company with over 80 years of history in the textile industry. * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance, EsSalud or EPS, and annual bonuses). * 50% food subsidy.
