Job Summary: We are seeking a driver to mobilize personnel and equipment for mining projects, with experience in the industrial or mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel and equipment mobilization for mining projects. 2. Administrative support and equipment management. 3. Handling of safety tools and compliance with standards. We are a company based in Lima, providing plant and mine shutdown maintenance services, as well as rental of heavy machinery and telescopic cranes. Currently, we have an ongoing large-scale project with our client MINERA CHINALCO located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 meters above sea level. With over four years of proven experience, this position operates under a 2x1 shift system, with formal payroll and all statutory benefits. For candidates from provinces, the company covers transportation costs and per diems for travel to the mine. * Transport supervisory and operational personnel to various project fronts. * Provide administrative support to project coordinators. * Perform plotting activities for equipment mobilization/demobilization within the project. * Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle and immediately report any deviations. * Complete relevant management tools (IPERC and Check List) and retain them onboard with required signatures. * Transport personnel entering/exiting the mine who travel independently. * Attend daily safety meetings and sign attendance records. * Review vehicle documentation (technical inspection, internal authorization) daily and immediately report validity status. * Safeguard and protect company assets assigned to support job functions (e.g., radios, vehicles). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence, as required by organizational needs. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Completed secondary education with a valid driver's license, minimum Category A2B. * Documented competency from courses and/or certifications issued by previous employers. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum three years of certified experience in similar roles within industrial, mining, or related sectors. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14x7 schedule or other special/alternative work arrangements, as dictated by operational requirements. * Willingness to travel domestically. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of traffic regulations and project-specific procedures. * Successful completion of project-mandated training courses. * Soft skills oriented toward effective interaction with team members. * Proactive work attitude aligned with continuous improvement principles.
