We are looking for a: Warehouse and Spare Parts Assistant **What would your responsibilities be?** * Store spare parts in an organized manner, optimizing available space and following established procedures. * Sort received materials according to their designated destination. * Perform packaging and dispatch of materials to be shipped, as applicable, following protocols provided by the Logistics Coordinator to various operations and/or third-party workshops. * Archive documentation related to merchandise transfers. * Inspect the assigned vehicle for warehouse use before and after each use. * Ensure warehouse organization, guaranteeing a safe and efficient environment. * Collaborate in implementing improvements to the inventory management process and system. * Support inventory counts and report discrepancies. * Conduct cyclic inventories upon request from the department head. * Support recording of warehouse movements (receipts and issues). * Comply with all procedures and guidelines of the quality management system. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Who is our ideal candidate?** * Completed secondary education; currently studying or graduated in logistics, mechanics, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in **spare parts warehouses**; general experience supporting operations areas or supplier management is preferred. * Basic knowledge of spare parts (desirable). * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Driver's License A1. * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima (Av.
