Support in tracking accounts receivable and managing reports. **Administrative Assistant – Credit and Collections Department** We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or office duties. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payment vouchers. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. * Proactive, responsible, and organized individual. **Responsibilities:** * Send collection reports to sales staff. * Follow up and make calls to customers with pending payments. * Update collection reports according to payments received. * Assist in monitoring and tracking accounts receivable. * Maintain documentation and records up to date.
