




Position Summary: We are seeking a Compensation Analyst or Assistant for an international catering company, responsible for payroll calculation and management, as well as social benefits administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll, social benefits, and tax payments. 2. Ensures correct termination and settlement processes. 3. Validates pension systems and remuneration structures. Newrest is an international catering company currently operating in 53 countries and present in Peru for 16 years. Focused on gastronomy, our operations include Air Catering, Concessions, Retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality provision at Remote Sites (under special regime). REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or Assistant in service-oriented companies, preferably multinational food companies. * Experience processing multiple accounts/clients. * Experience managing payrolls for over 1,000 employees. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Excel. * Knowledge of payroll systems. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Availability to work Monday through Friday (100% on-site). * Availability to work in Callao. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Calculate monthly payroll, social benefits, contributions, and taxes, ensuring proper disbursement. * Manage disbursement of food cards. * Ensure correct termination process for personnel leaving employment or within the probationary period. * Process social benefit settlements via banking platforms. * Validate employees' pension systems (AFP – ONP). * Validate remuneration structures (base salary, mobility allowance, food vouchers) for new hires. * Request Edenred to issue food cards for new employees and load corresponding amounts. * Verify that medical leaves and subsidies have been correctly entered into the payroll system by Social Welfare. * Ensure timely and legally compliant payment of social benefits (CTS, vacation, profit-sharing, bonuses, etc.). * Visit remote operations according to the established schedule and/or as required by the company. * Provide support for tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
