




Job Summary: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to handle and manage inquiries, as well as coordinate admission and enrollment processes, demonstrating a professional and attentive image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Professional and attentive service to external individuals. 2. Database management and follow-up of potential customers. 3. Coordination of interviews and enrollment management. We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the Trilce family: REQUIREMENTS: * University student or Technical Secretary/Administration graduate. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the education sector (preferred). * Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * On-site work mode. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve external individuals, demonstrating a professional and attentive image. * Answer calls and route them to the respective departments within the organization. * Manage database and track potential customers. * Coordinate interviews and receive files from users undergoing the admission process. * Address inquiries from parents and refer them to the appropriate departments. * Manage student enrollment.
