




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Trilce family, responsible for serving the public, handling calls, coordinating admissions, and supporting student enrollment. Interview coordination and enrollment management We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join the Trilce family: REQUIREMENTS: * University student or Technical Secretary/Administration graduate. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the education sector (preferred) * Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * On-site work mode RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve external individuals with a professional and attentive demeanor. * Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments within the organization. * Manage databases and track potential customers. * Coordinate interviews and receive application files from users undergoing the admissions process. * Address inquiries from parents and refer them to the relevant departments. * Manage student enrollment AVAILABLE LOCATION: * Callao Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please describe your experience in similar positions: * Are you immediately available to work at the Callao location?
