




Position Summary: This role involves preparing inspection reports, conducting sampling and inspection activities for fishery products, managing associated documentation, and reporting non-conformities. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—contributing to the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Prepare inspection reports and issue conformity determinations per the Indicator Manual. * Conduct sampling, loading, and unloading inspections for fishmeal and fish oil. * Prepare inspection-specific documentation. * Report non-conformities encountered during activities to supervisors and the Operations Manager. * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager. **Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, professional title holder, and/or registered member (collegiado@) in one of the following fields: Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Fisheries Sciences, or Biological Sciences. * Minimum of 2 years’ indispensable experience in companies within the fisheries sector. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership agreements.
