Positive work environment A growing company is looking for a Digital Marketing and Design Manager responsible for the creative execution and monitoring of digital campaigns focused on brand positioning and commercial growth. We seek a creative, analytical, and organized professional capable of integrating design, digital advertising, and promotional material production under a strategic vision. **Responsibilities:** * Design graphic assets for social media, digital campaigns, and corporate materials. * Develop, adapt, and update product labels and packaging, ensuring consistency with brand identity. * Create animated videos and dynamic digital content for social platforms and advertisements. * Plan, configure, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Analyze key performance indicators (conversions, cost per result, return on investment, among others). * Prepare performance reports and propose continuous improvement actions. * Coordinate the production of merchandising and advertising materials, managing suppliers and delivery timelines. * Manage and organize departmental digital files and assets. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Experience in graphic design and label development. * Proficiency in tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop. * Experience creating animated videos. * Knowledge of digital campaign management and analysis. * Ability to plan, organize, and work toward objectives. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Direct participation in brand development and positioning. * Positive work environment.
