Preparation of reports and presentations. **We are hiring: Administrative Assistant!** Responsibilities: * Support in general administrative tasks: documentation handling, filing, and correspondence control. * Client service and follow-up for internal and external clients. * Schedule management, meeting coordination, and logistical support for events. * Preparation of reports, quotations, and presentations. * Office inventory management and coordination of minor purchases. * Assistance in administrative procedures with public or private institutions. * Compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Familiarity with SST documents. Requirements: * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to draft emails, reports, and documents clearly and with proper spelling. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills, time management, and teamwork ability. * Proactivity and a service-oriented attitude. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of invoicing or administrative systems.
