We are currently seeking a **PROJECT LAWYER** **Academic Qualifications:** * Professional Degree in Law * Active membership in the Bar Association and valid license to practice * Specialization related to Projects/Construction **Experience:** * General Labor Experience: Four (04\) years; preferably in private companies or state entities. * Specific Experience: Two (02\) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. **Essential Knowledge:** * Civil law as applied to construction and state contracting. * Public Infrastructure Development * Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing contractual matters. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. * Drafting of various legal documents * Familiarity with OSCE **Desirable Knowledge:** * Integrated Management System **IMPORTANT:** On-site work in Callao Employment Type: Full-time
