Position Summary: We are seeking Hydrocarbon Production Professionals to join an on-site operations team, supporting processes while maintaining safety and order standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support to operators to optimize processes and production Currently, we are looking for **Hydrocarbon Production Professionals** who wish to join our on-site operations team. **Location:** Lurín, LIMA **Requirements:** * Graduate technician or final-cycle student of Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of chemical substance handling and industrial safety. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Sunday). * Proactive attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn are highly valued. * Ability to commute to the district of Lurín (No transportation assistance provided). **Employment Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site – plant located in **Lurín (No transportation assistance provided)** * Rotating shifts under a **4x3 regime** (4 days on duty x 3 days off) * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. / 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (rotating shifts) **Responsibilities:** * Execution of checklists and verification of equipment and chemical supply status. * Conducting basic measurements and reporting on production processes. * Compliance with industrial safety standards and internal procedures. * Supporting operators in tasks related to process and production optimization. * Maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Monthly remuneration between S/1500. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * 100% meal coverage during shifts. * Health insurance (EsSalud). * Bonus and Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS). * Vacation time. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Please provide your phone number and WhatsApp number.
