Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. 2. Ensure the proper operation of equipment and the safety of facilities. 3. Train operational staff on equipment usage and maintenance. Job Description: A prominent company in the sector is seeking a Production or Maintenance Mechanic. REQUIREMENTS: Completed studies in Production Mechanics or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, and assembly companies. Knowledge of production machinery maintenance, electricity, and related areas. Proficiency in using lathe, milling machine, and grinding machine tools. Availability to work at Av. Maquinarias 2414, Cercado de Lima. Availability to work three rotating 8-hour shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure their proper operation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant infrastructure to ensure facility safety. Install and operate plant equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the production cycle. Train operational staff on equipment usage and maintenance to maintain operational continuity. Maintain order and cleanliness of tools and the workplace to minimize machine downtime. WORKING CONDITIONS: Maximum remuneration: S/2000 Rotating shifts: Day (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.), Afternoon (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.), Night (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) Full payroll coverage from day one.
