We are a company specializing in human talent management, currently searching for a **Maintenance Mechanical Technician** for our client’s industrial plant — a company with over 25 years of experience in the **hydrocarbons and biofuels** sector. We seek technically oriented, proactive individuals committed to meeting operational and safety standards, who wish to join a technical team with a continuous improvement mindset. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate from technical programs such as Industrial Mechanics, Machinery Maintenance, Electromechanics, or Industrial Electricity; or from university programs such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with industrial machinery (Minimum 3–6 months) * Knowledge of engine repair, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and workshop tools. * Prior experience in continuous production companies or the energy sector is desirable. * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures, prioritizing operational continuity. * Carry out repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and welding systems. * Calibrate and adjust machinery according to established technical procedures. * Coordinate work with other technical departments during scheduled shutdowns. * Record intervention reports and materials used. **Working Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site — plant located in **Lurín (No transportation service provided)** * Rotating shifts under **4x3 regime** (4 days on duty x 3 days off) * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. / 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (Rotating shifts) **Benefits:** * Starting salary of S/2,000 to S/2,200 (to be evaluated and detailed during the interview) * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage during working hours. * Timely payments and stable employment at a formal plant. * Full provision of certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Active SCTR insurance from day one. * Ongoing technical training. * Opportunity for professional growth and career path. * Safe working environment with an active preventive culture.
