Job Summary: Monitor and regulate parameters in the grinding process, ensuring timely supply and providing support for production control, deviation identification, and equipment maintenance. Experience in Production or Maintenance, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). **Date:** Feb 3, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Monitor and regulate parameters in the grinding process to ensure timely supply of finished and/or intermediate products, aligned with safety and quality management systems. Additionally, provide support for production control, deviation identification, and equipment maintenance.**What will you do in your role?** * Provide support in Occupational Safety and Health activities in accordance with the company’s management system and employees’ safe behavior. * Provide support in compliance with Quality standards in accordance with the company’s management system. * Monitor the plant’s production processes and coordinate corrective actions within your scope. * Coordinate with the Production Engineer to ensure program compliance. * Monitor correct dosing of raw materials and inputs in the production process, analyze and alert on deviations; also take corrective actions within your scope. * Review and/or inspect equipment assigned to the plant or production line, identify anomalies, and verify equipment cleanliness and lubrication. * Verify compliance with standards by third-party companies and specialized suppliers, in coordination with the Plant’s Maintenance and/or Production Engineer. * Participate in compliance with * Alicorp’s Unified Manufacturing System standards. * Report and enter into SAP and/or Excel data related to losses, inventories, manufacturing orders, consumptions, plant stoppages, equipment failures, and productivity indicators. * Support the Production Engineer in supervising operators on production lines. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in Production, Maintenance, or related areas as a Monitor, Production Assistant, Projects, or Maintenance roles, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Completed technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or currently pursuing a university degree. * Complementary knowledge of quality and safety management systems. * Basic-level Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. * SAP proficiency is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.), afternoon (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.), and night (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.).
