Over more than a century of history, Yokogawa continues working toward a sustainable society through its network of over 17\.000 employees across 122 companies spanning 61 countries. **Position: WAREHOUSE CLERK** * **Academic Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical program in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Industrial Automation, or Industrial Electrotechnology * Certification will be verified via copies of academic degrees and/or certificates. * **Required Experience:** * Minimum two (02\) years of experience in industrial sectors including Projects and Plant Shutdowns within the Oil \& Gas industry—such as Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Fractionation Plants, Natural Gas Liquefaction, Mining, and Metallurgy—as a Warehouse Clerk. * Certification will be verified via employment certificates and/or work confirmation letters. * **Responsibilities:** * Verify quantity, quality, and other characteristics of received tools and equipment. * Register received tools into the computerized system for management control. * Ensure secure and efficient storage of all items. * Verify quantity and quality of tools entering and dispatched from the warehouse. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in computer software packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Law. * Familiarity with materials and tools. * Knowledge of good warehousing practices. * **Key Competencies:** * Proactive, dynamic, responsible, respectful, ethical, compliant with rules and work instructions, creative, quality-oriented, safety-oriented, capable of teamwork, problem-solving and conflict management, effective and assertive communication, active listening, organized, capable of making assertive decisions.
