




Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor ensures personnel safety, environmental protection, and proper care of equipment, prepares reports, and participates in safety activities. Active participation in safe work procedures. **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Degree-holding and licensed professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Geological Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance within mining or industrial companies (MANDATORY). * Experience working in MINING UNITS. * Availability to work at a MINING UNIT (ANCASH). Responsibilities: * Ensure personnel safety and environmental protection. * Ensure proper care of assigned equipment and materials. * Prepare and submit deliverables to the client according to the Terms of Reference (TDR). * Prepare daily reports. * Participate in developing written Safe Work Procedures (PETS) and the IPERC matrix. * Comply with organizational safety rules and procedures. * Actively participate in safety-related activities (training sessions, campaigns, drills, KPIs, etc.). * Follow safety procedures, PETS, safety standards, and complete the required work permits for assigned tasks; similarly manage environmental aspects. * Properly segregate solid waste.
