Dynamic environment for professional development **Join Our Team as an Accounting Assistant!** Our company, located in Callao, is looking for an **Accounting Assistant** eager to grow and develop their career in a dynamic environment. **What Are We Looking For?** * Graduate in Accounting or final-year Accounting student. * Prior experience of 6 months (Desirable). * Advanced Excel proficiency (Mandatory). * Knowledge of accounting, labor, and tax regulations. * Strong writing skills and analytical ability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Managing employee expense reimbursements and purchase payments. * Recording group companies' cash receipts. * Reviewing and recording cash settlements. * Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements. * Completing withholding certificates. * Archiving and delivering documents as required. * Attaching payment certificates exceeding the banking threshold. * Supervising cash counts (at least once per month, on a rotating basis). * Performing other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Bi-weekly salary payments. * Career growth opportunities with a clear career path. * Ongoing training programs. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–12:45 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:35 a.m.–12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide us with an updated contact number. * Briefly describe your experience in the accounting field. * State your salary expectations. * Are you available to work Monday through Saturday?
