Job Summary: We are seeking experienced personnel for customer service roles, providing a warm welcome, product information, purchase assistance, and maintaining store order and cleanliness. Prestigious pastry company CORPORACIÓN RAULETTI S.A.C., a market leader for 16 years, is seeking experienced female or male candidates for the CUSTOMER SERVICE position at our CALLAO branch (FULL TIME). **REQUIREMENTS** * Interpersonal skills, proactivity, initiative, flexibility, and openness to change will be valued. * EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MANDATORY. * Must reside in areas adjacent to the CALLAO district. **WORK SCHEDULE** * FULL TIME \- AFTERNOON SHIFT: 12:15 PM \- 9:00 PM * MONDAY TO SUNDAY (one day off per week, scheduled between Monday and Thursday) **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Always greet customers with a warm and pleasant welcome. 2\. Approach customers upon entering the store and provide information about our products or address any questions they may have to facilitate their purchase; additionally, offer a variety of products and promotions. 3\. Deliver products accurately and verify that customers pay for the items they request (payment receipts or invoices). 4\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor, while maintaining proper cleanliness and order across all store areas. 5\. Willingness to attend company-provided training regarding special orders and all products featured on the company’s menu. 6\. Sincerely and courteously thank customers for their purchase or visit.
