Position Summary: Bisa Group is seeking a Pre-Professional Intern in IT Support to contribute to the growth and strengthening of the organization's financial management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to users. 2. Assist in the management and administration of users in Microsoft 365. 3. Collaborate in the maintenance, updating, and security of databases. ***Bisa Group*** is currently seeking a ***Pre-Professional Intern in IT Support*** who wishes to join our team and **contribute to the growth and strengthening of the organization's financial management.** ***What will be your responsibilities?*** * Provide technical support to users. * Assist in the management and administration of users in Microsoft 365\. * Assist in the administration and organization of the file server using SharePoint (Microsoft 365\). * Provide support for tasks related to the internal network infrastructure, under the supervision of the area manager. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (laptops and desktops). * Assist in the basic installation and configuration of equipment and applications. * Assist in reviewing technological requirements requested by users. * Assist in managing and inventorying technological equipment. * Support the implementation of security measures and compliance with Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its Regulations. * Collaborate in the maintenance, updating, and security of the company's databases. * Assist in the technical review, evaluation of suppliers, and quality control for purchasing new machines and technological equipment. * Other support duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. ***What are the requirements?*** * Student from the 8th semester onward in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of technical support and equipment maintenance. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams). * Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems. ***What competencies are required?*** * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Organization and responsibility. * Position Conditions ***Conditions*** * Pre-professional internship agreement. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 1,130 per month. * Work location: Miraflores.
