Propose improvement initiatives for agile and competitive procurement management **Date:** Feb 5, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Manage, develop, and execute procurement negotiations for assigned materials and services, achieving synergies with Alicorp subsidiaries and Romero Group companies to improve efficiencies and guarantee plant-level material and service supply, while supporting corporate objectives.**What will you do in your role?** * Analyze the indirect services and materials spend base to jointly plan, with users, the category-specific tender schedule, defining clear prioritization criteria. * Lead and develop indirect category tenders, applying the Strategic Sourcing methodology according to the nature of the material or service. * Identify and propose new materials and/or suppliers to enhance competitiveness, coverage, and operational continuity. * Negotiate extended credit terms and evaluate financial tools with suppliers. * Present cost-saving projects and supplier development strategies. * Identify and realize synergies through negotiations with Romero Group companies or non-competing external companies. * Continuously monitor negotiations to ensure compliance with agreements and effectiveness of outcomes. * Propose process improvement initiatives enabling more agile, dynamic, and competitive procurement management. * Timely implement and execute action plans derived from audit findings. * Calculate and clearly and accurately report key KPIs for monthly tracking. * Reinforce communication and adoption of centralized and delegated procurement policies and procedures for services across Alicorp and its affiliates. * Deliver periodic presentations to senior management on strategic procurement management and achievements. **What do we need from you?** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields: Business Engineering, Management and Senior Leadership, Logistics, Administration, or International Business. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and/or similar roles involving indirect materials (spare parts, assets, marketing), with orientation toward Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Projects, Industrial Plants, or Continuous Improvement. * Technical knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, and Cost Management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * SAP knowledge and experience preferred. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Availability and interest in a 6-Month Temporary position
