Inventory supervision and report generation **We Are Seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator – Construction/Real Estate Sector** We are looking for a professional with procurement and supply experience in construction projects, responsible for ensuring proper management of materials, equipment, and services, optimizing costs and guaranteeing uninterrupted site operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * End-to-end procurement of materials, tools, machinery, and services. * Supplier negotiation and evaluation, including comparative quotation analysis. * Ongoing coordination with construction sites to ensure timely supply. * Control of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and acceptance documents. * Inventory tracking to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Preparation of expenditure, savings, and supplier performance reports. * Oversight of compliance with procurement protocols and internal controls. * Identification and reporting of irregularities in acquisition processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of procurement/logistics experience in construction or real estate. * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (ERP experience preferred). * Experience in supplier negotiation and purchase order management. * High integrity and strong focus on internal controls. * Organizational ability, analytical skills, and capacity to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under REMYPE payroll * 50% CTS and bonuses * 15 days of vacation * Professional growth opportunities * Excellent working environment Workplace: On-site employment
