We invite you to apply for the position of **PROCUREMENT ANALYST** at our importing and food processing company. **Join our team and become part of the CAFETAL – ROMEX family!** **Knowledge and Skills:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Logistics, or Procurement. * Knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA (MM module preferred). * Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate English. * Experience in procurement of materials, services, or industrial supplies is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Request and analyze quotations for goods and services. * Prepare comparative tables and procurement recommendations. * Issue Purchase Orders and Service Orders in SAP. * Track suppliers through final delivery of requirements. * Coordinate with user departments to meet delivery deadlines. * Manage supplier qualification documentation. * Prepare procurement reports and KPIs. * Monitor supplier payments in coordination with Finance. * Support negotiation processes and sourcing of new supply alternatives. * Comply with procurement department policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * **Payroll enrollment from Day 1** * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonus, vacation, social security, mandatory life insurance, family allowance, profit sharing). * Pleasant work environment. * Professional growth. * Continuous development and training. * Competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a solid, highly reputable company experiencing steady growth — with potential for career path development.
